What if healing and success could go together? Sarah Sahai is showing women that you don’t have to choose between the two. Her journey is real, honest, and powerful.
Some stories don’t begin with a big plan. They begin with small moments, quiet struggles, deep questions, and a strong desire to understand life better. This is one such story a story of growth, courage, and purpose.
She is a mental health and wellness professional and the founder of MindWave, a platform that helps people take care of their emotional and physical wellbeing. But what truly makes her special is not only what she does today, but also how her life shaped her into the person she is now.
A Beginning Rooted in Strength
Growing up, life was not always easy. She was raised by a single mother, a woman who showed her what strength really looks like. Watching her mother handle life with courage and independence left a deep impact.
“I learned very early that life won’t always be perfect, but we are stronger than we think.”
She also spent many years in boarding school. Being away from home at a young age taught her independence. It helped her adapt quickly, think deeply, and understand herself better.
These early experiences quietly planted a curiosity about people, emotions, and how childhood shapes who we become.

Facing Challenges and Finding Direction
Like many women, her journey was not straight or simple. There were moments of doubt, change, and uncertainty.
Moving to London for her Master’s degree was a big step. It meant leaving comfort behind and starting fresh in a new place. While it opened doors, it also brought challenges a new culture, a new environment, and the pressure to find her place.
There were times she felt lost, but those moments pushed her to grow and understand herself better.
As she worked and lived in different environments, she met people from many backgrounds. She started noticing patterns in how people struggle silently, how mental health is often ignored, and how many women feel stuck between expectations and their true self.
That became her turning point.
She realized she didn’t just want to understand these patterns she wanted to help change them.

Building Something Meaningful
With this clarity, she started building her path. Slowly, with patience and belief, she created MindWave, a holistic wellbeing platform.
Her work combines psychology, neuroscience-informed coaching, and daily wellness practices. But she keeps one thing at the center: making mental health simple and human.
“I wanted people to feel safe, understood, and supported.”
Through MindWave, people can connect with professionals who help them work on their mental and physical wellbeing. It’s not only about healing but it’s about growth, awareness, and building a better relationship with yourself.
Starting something of her own was not easy. Being a woman entrepreneur in new spaces came with pressure and risk. There were moments of doubt, but she stayed connected to her purpose.
She stayed consistent. She kept going.
And step by step, things began to fall into place.

Creating Impact and Inspiring Others
Today, her work is touching many lives. Through her platform and her voice, she is helping people understand their emotions better, build resilience, and live with more awareness.
She also uses Instagram to talk about mental health in a simple and relatable way, especially for women trying to balance identity, independence, and expectations.
Her journey reflects a beautiful balance. While she works in a fast-moving world, she stays grounded through yoga, meditation, and mindful living.
For her, these are not extra activities, they are part of life.
“They help me stay connected to myself, and that connection is everything.”

A Message from Her Heart
She believes that healing and ambition can go together. That growth doesn’t have to feel heavy. That success should feel peaceful, not exhausting.
She encourages women to slow down, understand themselves, and build a life that truly feels right.
