Whether you’re visiting for brunch, lunch, or dinner, they offer an array of delectable choices such as their renowned Whipped Cod’s Roe Fennel Flatbread with Pickled Mustard Seed and Chive-Infused Oil, Pan-Seared Mackerel with Gooseberry Salsa, and Kimchi Croquettes with Pickled Cucumber.

Transforming Challenges into Opportunities
When they took over the lease of the restaurant, they found the property in a very poor state, necessitating a complete re-wiring and the installation of a new kitchen and bar. This allowed them to rework the space and install a long, cool bar where their customers can sip cocktails or have a bite to eat. A week before they opened, the ceiling collapsed from a flood in one of the residential apartments above, forcing them into a second refurbishment. Despite these additional challenges, their team remained composed and smiley throughout, showcasing their dedication and resilience.
